Alway an excellent overall experience at BBMCC - Chris Iseman is the best! The only let-down is the drop-off/pick-up process which is not the fault of the Advisor. Had an appointment for an 8:30am dropoff because of a tight time schedule, but because the Service Manager called a quick meeting with his team (while a half dozen customers were forced to wait), I didn't get out of there until close to 10am. And isn't the point of notifying the Service Team 30mins before picking up my car so that it can be up front and ready upon my arrival? I did this (I always do) and still ended up waiting close to an hour for the car despite literally being the only customer waiting at the end of the day. More
