Process of getting a loaner car was simple. The service was the 1-year maintenance, and for a recall related to power steering control software update. The car was ready later that day, as indicated. Globe is clueless by comparisson ! I originally bought my car from Caldwell Mercedes. My experience there was so bad for the get go that I insisted that when I went to Benzel for servic I originally bought my car from Caldwell Mercedes. My experience there was so bad for the get go that I insisted that when I went to Benzel for servicing, they take all of the Caldwell stuff off my car. From the moment you enter the property at Benzel you're treated like a valued customer. I was so pleased that I extended my service agreement for 2 more years. I will never go to another Mercedes. Benzel is home for me now ! More
