Nice facility and nice loaner vehicle, but that's where the positives end... after a routine service the service department had my vehicle for TWO MONTHS to repair two issues. I received no communication o the positives end... after a routine service the service department had my vehicle for TWO MONTHS to repair two issues. I received no communication or updates unless I called and asked. After my last request for an update, they told me everything was completed successfully and I could pick it up. When I picked it up, it was EXACTLY the same as it was when I brought it in two months prior. The poor communication and excuses I received were insulting. I spoke with the sales manager, Sossio, who followed up the next day and said he would investigate and get back to me. That was two weeks ago... and I have heard nothing. This was my second bad experience here. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated from what it used to be. The gentleman who handled the return of my loaner was friendly and helpful; he found a credit card I had left in the vehicle, and returned it to me which I appreciate. More

I drop my car off for service and to get detailed. The only thing wrong with it was that the seatbelts did not retract. I got my car back two weeks later and the seatbelts weren’t fixed. Three weeks to fix the seat belts, service and detail. This is the second time this has happened. Do they purposely overlook the small stuff and hope it goes away? More

For a simple oil change i received three different quotes from three different technicians: The first one called me with $$755, i said it's only for oil change, he put me on hold, came up with $200 plus tax, from three different technicians: The first one called me with $$755, i said it's only for oil change, he put me on hold, came up with $200 plus tax, the second $250 plus tax, the third one Mr. Sossio Sole the service manager $275 plus tax or $325 if I want to reset the oil odometer to remind me it's time for oil change again. I asked the service Manager Sossio: what about the prices given before? replied they don't know about prices. ( IF THEY DON'T WHY THE CALL COSTUMERS) I'm given two stars because Mrs. Sossio came out to talk to me. More
