Nice facility and nice loaner vehicle, but that's where the positives end... after a routine service the service department had my vehicle for TWO MONTHS to repair two issues. I received no communication or updates unless I called and asked. After my last request for an update, they told me everything was completed successfully and I could pick it up. When I picked it up, it was EXACTLY the same as it was when I brought it in two months prior. The poor communication and excuses I received were insulting. I spoke with the sales manager, Sossio, who followed up the next day and said he would investigate and get back to me. That was two weeks ago... and I have heard nothing. This was my second bad experience here. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated from what it used to be. The gentleman who handled the return of my loaner was friendly and helpful; he found a credit card I had left in the vehicle, and returned it to me which I appreciate. More

I drop my car off for service and to get detailed. The only thing wrong with it was that the seatbelts did not retract. I got my car back two weeks later and the seatbelts weren’t fixed. Three weeks to fix the seat belts, service and detail. This is the second time this has happened. Do they purposely overlook the small stuff and hope it goes away? More
