Service Plus I have worked with BB and their excellent service team for 25 years. Where they absolutely shine, in my opinion, is when an emergency comes up. To make matters worse it is the car we transport our grandchildren in. I brought the car in, without an appointment, and was completely taken care of. John Powell, one of many excellent service advisors, had me in and out (with a loaner) within 10-15 minutes. The work was completed within one-half of a day. More
