They don't stand behind their work. As soon as I pulled in the garage after having a headlight replaced at Benzel Busch, I noticed a small crack on the bottom. First thing the next morn As soon as I pulled in the garage after having a headlight replaced at Benzel Busch, I noticed a small crack on the bottom. First thing the next morning, I contacted the dealership to let them know. Several weeks have passed and they're unwilling to replace the defective part. My service advisor, Neil, has informed me that they'd never allow something like this to happen and they have safeguards in place to protect them (I.e. I'm a liar). It's crazy that they won't stand behind their work. There is absolutely no way that I could have even caused the crack. Their short sighted approach to customer service has lost them a customer. Save yourself the headache, and go elsewhere. More
