I guess I'm just not comfortable with the new text contact method. While the service manager John Powell was very nice when I dropped the car off, that was the last time I spoke to him, except I did contact method. We have taken our two luxury cars to get serviced at Benzel-Busch and we find it very irritating and unusual to pay the credit card fee on top of the service fee.
