Benzel-Busch Motor Car - Service Center

Unfortunately the service declined dramatically. Very expensive and quite basic. For the last 3 times we took the ML 350 for service, there is always an excuse why they don't have enough loaners, the car expensive and quite basic. For the last 3 times we took the ML 350 for service, there is always an excuse why they don't have enough loaners, the car was returned dirty and not even the minimum attempt to keep us as customers. We feel this is the kind of service you expect from Dodge or Kia..... Not Mercedes Benz. Unacceptable . More

Top-notch customer service from beginning to end. It makes a world of difference that Benzel Busch is able to a range for car concierge to come and pick up my car for It to be serviced. The service driveway was very crowded at the time I arrived (around 10am) with a combination of incoming and outgoing. I expected to be there a while in my car waiting to be approached but was happy i arrived (around 10am) with a combination of incoming and outgoing. I expected to be there a while in my car waiting to be approached but was happy it only took about 8-10 minutes to clear the area in front of me and around me when I was approached by a service person outside. The routine is well run. Check in. Wait inside. Talk to the service rep, etc. I elected to wait Unfortunately the free coffee is no longer available and no snacks even pre wrapped I assume due to covid. More
