Quick & painless process. Staff was extremely attentive, efficient, and respectful. Communication of status of service was also excellent! The loaner car was beautiful, too! terrible service. Came for a simple thing and the car did not make to the service in three days. I had a loaner i reserved a week in advance that didn't support my iPhone (USB) and got stuck with it over the not make to the service in three days. Had everything done last year and everything checked out. This year all I needed was an oil change. I only put 1K miles on for the year and was told I need brakes at a price of $1500. Went in for a $300 service and ended up paying $2500. Evidently spark plugs were supposed to be replaced last year but that was not done at last years service appt. even though I had an appointment to dr Evidently spark plugs were supposed to be replaced last year but that was not done at last years service appt. even though I had an appointment to drop off my car and pick up a loaner I still took over an hour. The car they had intended for me no one could find so they gave me another loaner. When I got home I realized it had sand in the passenger seats and on the passenger floor and in the back of the GLB. So now I question whether or not the car was cleaned at all. In this Covid environment that was very disappointing. Evidently a tire needed to be replaced because of where on the inside right rear. I don’t know if this was the same tire that needed to be patched. I repeatedly told your representative that my information was in the dashboard of my car and I still don’t know if the car tire that was replaced with the same one that was patched. I replaced all four tires January 2019 at your location. The fact that in one and V a half years There is no compensation for a tire that needed to be passed in emergency is ridiculous. The gentleman was nice but I really question Whether or not all of this needed to be done. A seven-year-old car you should make a note and it’s going to need major work. Not just a $300 check up. I was totally unprepared to spend $2200 more but I felt I had no choice. I am not sure if I will be using your dealership for my next Mercedes in the next few years. We’ll see. More
