My car has a problem: sometimes the front seat controls stop working and I cannot move the seat, next day everything is fine. I complained about it every time I bring the car for service, nobody bothered t stop working and I cannot move the seat, next day everything is fine. I brought the car for service when it happened for the service people to see the problem, but they said that they are busy today and I scheduled a service appointment. But there was no problem when I brought the car for service and they could not reproduce the problem. The Car was for 4 days in Benzel - Busch and they could not repair the car. I complaint to the service advisor that the car needs cooling aid. He said that they will take care of it, but never wrote it down. When I picked up the car, I asked about the cooling aid and he had no clue what I am talking about he never recorded my complain and nothing was done. The car was not washed and was just standing outside. This is not the service I expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership. More
