I took my GL450 Mercedes for service and rim conditioning and I had to constantly stay on top of my service advisor because he would not call or text me back. After 2 1/2 weeks I texted him asking what was and I had to constantly stay on top of my service advisor because he would not call or text me back. After 2 1/2 weeks I texted him asking what was happening with my vehicle to which he finally replied, your car is done and i will call you later to schedule a pick-up. That day was on a Monday, by Thursday I called him again and didn’t hear back from him, so I called Sossio the sales mgr to complain and decided to just go on that Saturday to pick up my vehicle. When they delivered it to me, it was covered in leaves and i told the guy how could you give me my car looking like that, he then asked the valet guy to take the car to wash. When the car was done, I got in it and drove off, and no one said a xxxx word. This was the worst experience at a Mercedes’ dealership that I have encountered and don’t think I will returning. I will also be informing my friends and family who have a mercedes, never to get their car serviced at Benzel. More

Hello, this is Toma am from NY and I just purchased AMG GLA from Mercedes of benzel Busch NJ . I was looking for a car for a while now looked in NY and also some places in CT however I couldn’t find what GLA from Mercedes of benzel Busch NJ . But when I found this car on Mercedes of benzel busch I immediately liked it and did not wait a min. To call Mr. Lee would was the person who helped me. Now I would like to thank Mr. Jay Lee for helping me out through out the whole purchase process. He was very professional, intelligent and def. Know what he’s doing! Car prices was already amazing and they also provided me a good rate on top of that! I didn’t not even have to negotiate or anything and am Extremely happy with that service. This is my 2nd purchase of Mercedes and I have to say my first Mercedes from a different dealer in NY was not to pleasant. Mr. Lee made it very easy and stress free for me . Terrible customer service.   First of all, it took over a month to book an appointment. I got there on time and checked in, was waiting to get help so i can talk to my advisor,   First of all, it took over a month to book an appointment. I got there on time and checked in, was waiting to get help so i can talk to my advisor, Waited over 25 minutes and had to approach the guest service for assistance. I waisted over an hour waiting to get a loaner and its one hour too long. I totally understand that they were busy but when customers after me were getting loaners first, that don't make sense at all. So I respectfully asked for my keys and took my business to Mercedes in Paramus.  I will never do business with Benzel again! What a terrible experience.  Unfortunately, I can't post this message with zero star which is what they deserve!  Always remember, your clients is why you guys are in business so take care of them!!  More
