I had an appointment but still had to wait over thirty minutes just to meet with a service advisor, and that is after checking with the reception desk three times. If I expressed a concern with the vehic minutes just to meet with a service advisor, and that is after checking with the reception desk three times. If I expressed a concern with the vehicle, the response both this visit and my last visit is always that they would need to keep the car up to a week just to figure out what may be wrong, so I had to decide whether it was worth it to have them check. This time, they were able to fix the malfunction with the navigation, and perform the B service, along with two outstanding campaigns on the vehicle, and it took three working days. When I picked up the car, I was handed the keys and paperwork by reception, with no explanation or even a meeting or greeting by the service advisor. Not the service I would expect from Mercedes, and not the experience I have had with other Mercedes dealerships over the past twenty years. More

What an experience I brought my car in for detail and new wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car ne wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car needed was on back order with no delivery date. Almost 2 months passed. After insurance claim for the loaner and waiting for my car. I was reunited with my car. Overall, considering everything, I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received. I've been a customer since 2004 and I plan to stick with them going forward.
