Complete lack of integrity and follow through on customer satisfaction. Agreed to pick up and return vehicle, picked it up and then "didnt have a driver to return it" so I was forced to waste 2 hours of my d satisfaction. Agreed to pick up and return vehicle, picked it up and then "didnt have a driver to return it" so I was forced to waste 2 hours of my day after a long flight to go and pick the car up. The problem was NOT fixed either, so I was charged for a diagnostic fee and nothing was repaired. I will not be buying another car at this dealership. There are other dealers to choose from.... More

Brought my car in for a 3. 30 appointment for a tire change. Did not leave until 6pm and they did not have time for curtesy car wash. I could see my car on the lift but no one 30 appointment for a tire change. Did not leave until 6pm and they did not have time for curtesy car wash.
