I made a deal with Jose on my trade in over the phone (which was a great trade in price based on KBB and Edmunds) and when I went to look at the car, I was not going to buy the car since I am very picky with my cars and there were a couple things I didn't like. I discussed these things with Jason, he took more off the already good price (which was already one of the lowest prices in the country for this model) so I could take care of these small issues. I also took several test drives and even had Jose drive me around while I was in the back seat to make sure I liked the car. They were extremely patient. Also, after I got home about a week later I noticed that the brand new tires they put on the car were summer tires (very expensive summer tires) and I needed all season tires. I called Jason and he made things right by sending me a check to cover about half of the cost of getting new tires which was reasonable and something he really didn't have to do. While the price of their used cars seem almost too good to be true, believe it. There is nothing hidden. More

I live in Houston, TX and was looking for a 2009 CLK550 Certified Pre-owned. This car is pretty hard to find so off the mbusa website I found Benzel Busch. Buying a car is stressful enough, imagine buying one over 1,000 miles away. But Scott Raymond at Benzel Busch made the process extremely easy and was very opened and honest with any "flaws" with the car (there was a tiny rock chip mark which he had fixed before sending my way). Within 30 minutes of our phone conversation, he sent me a dozen or so high resolution photos (he went out and took them) to give me a better idea of how the car looked (since the websites generally have lower res images). He was very fair in dealing with me, negotiating the price, and even set up transport to Houston for me. I had never transported a car and started getting overwhelmed with finding a reputable transport company, so I took Scott on his offer to use the guys they use and did not regret that decision one bit. Like I said I bought the car pretty much sight unseen (at least in person) and was extremely nervous. When my car showed up a few days after signing the papers, the car showed up in perfect condition. THe main reason I picked Benzel Busch over a few other dealers selling this car was because of Scott's professionalism and friendliness. This car was pretty loaded but missing one "feature" I wanted that another dealer had - but because I felt really comfortable with Scott and he went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable buying this car from the other side of the country, I decided to stick with Benzel Busch and make the purchase. I felt like I got a fair deal on the car, probably a great deal. I feel so comfortable that I'll probably buy my next one with this dealer. I only wish these guys were in Houston. More
Excellent sales rep to talk you into giving a deposit for a vehicle. Once you do give a deposit and the deal does NOT go through as planned (due to non approval of credit) the deposit is 'told' to be credit a vehicle. But it never happens even after 15 follow ups/phone calls. Its saddening to see how short sighted the dealership is. While I will make sure I get my 1000USD deposit back through legal channel, I wanted to make sure other people considering to visit Benzel Busch are aware of what they might be getting into. More

To begin with you will notice Benzel Busch is unlike other dealerships in a number of ways. I found their inventory selection to be among the top quartile. I can only speak to the seletion and pricing of pre-owned because we were not in the market for a new vehicle. You will notice the listed prices are very aggressive verses the competition. You may actually wonder if maybe there's something wrong with the vehicles or you're not looking at apples to apples. Not the case. Benzel has a business model which I personally agree with & we never would have set foot in the dealership if their prices had been too high from the jump. We checked out two other dealerships during our process and one of them tried to charge us $1000 dollars more than the listed warranty extention. It was really strange. Anyway point being do your research, and go to Benzel. Keep up the good work fellas. More

Maybe because I was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt they believed I was unable afford such a luxurious vehicle? Well shame on them, I went to Mercedes Benz of Nanuet the same day, purchased the car I wanted, and had the most pleasurable buying experience of my life! In their defense, Phil and Jose were gentleman. I just believe that if they had been slightly more amicably towards price they would have sold me a car that day. I informed them I was a motivated buyer and they should have believed me. I felt unwelcome, and as a consumer I would not recommend buying from this establishment. More

Positive buying experience via Internet till car delivered missing retractable cargo cover which was in the car interior description. Very disappointed Otherwise prior to this would have given 5 stars Posted the above review on 12/26. On 12/27 Tim from dealership called was very apologetic. Stated he had located the cargo cover and would immediately fed x to me. Stated that Miss Pietri was usually very prompt in returning email, which in my experience during the transaction for purchase she was, but part of the time had been on vacation. Nonetheless in all fairness it was the week preceding Christmas but my first email was initiated on the 17 when I received car and my last was on Monday the 26th. All in all if cover is sent I will be placated as my overall experience at this dealer had definitely been handled efficiently and professionally and I was definitely very pleased with the car and the way it arrived(except that one small cargo cover,)which was a mistake anyone could have made. Will revise scoring once I receive the retractable cover. 29 December. Received follow up phone call from Miss Pietri, Benzel Bush, with apologies for my unanswered emails and informing me that she had been on vacation and someone should have informed me of same during her absence instead of the non response. She also inquired about the cargo cover and I promised to inform her when it arrived. 30 December FedX package from dealership with missing cargo cover arrived. Thank you Benzel Bush for correcting the minor issue of the missing cargo cover for my 2011 ML 55. Although initially I had reservations about purchasing a car over the Internet this transaction was a fairly simple process and the Mercedes is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted from the exterior and interior colors to the options and were exactly as described on the web site. Would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer again and the price, customer service, transport, and attention to detail were outstanding. I was unable to procure a Mercedes with all of these features for this price locally and from the first phone contact to the last follow up all all of my concerns and questions were addressed professionally and with a straightforward friendly manner.
