All the work done to the car was fine. The service representative was very professional, but by mistake, I left a WNY parking permit by the windshield and it disappeared. It was in my name and good un representative was very professional, but by mistake, I left a WNY parking permit by the windshield and it disappeared. It was in my name and good until 2014. Service staff should never take anything left in the vehicles not belonging to them. In addition, service charges are really getting expensive. Thank you in advance for your attention to my comments.
