Miscommunication I had no problem with the service. The problem was that Devin called told my loaner was sold and that they wanted the car back, they would give me an I had no problem with the service. I requested that he contact Chris Iseman since Chris said it would be ready yesterday morning. Devin then called me back and told me that me car would not be ready for a few days. So they sending a driver to pick up the loaner and give me a new loaner. I then called service and spoke with one of the front desk people. I left a message for Chris and he called me back in a few minutes to tell me my call was ready. He did not talk to Devin. If I was give the correct info I could have the down to you 15 or 20 minutes as it turns out it was closed 60 to 90 minutes. More

Since I bought my car two years ago from another dealer and serviced by that dealer, my car had always been running a little rough. All along I thought that was normal since it was more on a sporty side (E550 Convertible). I had mentioned this from the dealer a got the car, they said the car was perfectly alright (Ok). Anyway, when I brought my car at Benzel Busch for my 50K miles service, my service advisor upon starting the car, knew right away there was something wrong with my car (the roughness). Now, my car rides and runs like new. Excellent job! More
