Went in due to Headlight bulb outtage Everything went great from the moment I pulled into the driveway.. The girl greeted me and asked me if I had an appt. I informed her I was a bit early and she replied " absolutely not a problem". Tom came out and introduced himself and noticed the bulb was out. He assured me it would be taken care of and my car would be washed afterwards. Everything was done and the senior tech in the express service area Ahmed I think his name is.. Changed the bulb right away. Tom then came about 20 mins later and handed me my keys and said I was all set. My car was washed and even my weathertech liners were washed.. Wow excellent service. I would definitely recommend and will continue to place my trust on Benzel Busch express service and entire service dept. Great coffee all the time to top it off.. Tom... Excellent service. Same day emergency service for a tire. I was able to drive in without an appointment and they took care of me immediately. They verified my tire and wheel coverage and had me back on the r I was able to drive in without an appointment and they took care of me immediately.
