Rafael from Benzel-Busch I just had a baby a couple of months ago so car shopping was the last thing I wanted to do...That is, until I stepped into Benzel-Busch and met my sal I just had a baby a couple of months ago so car shopping was the last thing I wanted to do...That is, until I stepped into Benzel-Busch and met my sales associate Rafael. Normally the sales person is overly aggressive which causes anxiety. Rafael was so far from pushy and had the patience of a saint! The showroom was closing and never once did he look at his clock or rush me to get out. He knew my time was limited due to the baby and worked out a schedule that accommodated me when picking up my new car. The best part was he even had the dealership pick me up so I could get a babysitter for my son. Above and beyond is what he went for me and I can't thank him enough. Aside from loving my salesman the car he guided me into was a perfect fit for me. Every day I get into it I feel safe and stylish! For me I not only landed a great car but feel like I made a friend.
