When I come in for scheduled service my visit is pre-organized and efficient. When I have come for emergency service (flats with my low profile tires) i feel like I am making a raceway pit stop. My summer home is about 2 miles from another Mercedes dealer and there is no comparison in terms of efficiency, organization and availability of parts.
