Too Many Visits To Service For A Brand New E300-2017 Leased a brand new E300 - 2017 model and have so many problems with this car in just 2 months time. Technology does not work properly nor does it work on a consistent basis, the trunk latch broke on a major highway, an inside feature fell apart within 2 hours of bringing the car home, and the windshield wipers chatter all the time when it rains. This car has been to service numerous times now, and has even had a recall fixed I was not aware of at the time. Although the dealership offered an incentive right away, it is far too insufficient to make up for the headache and inconvenience. Providing a loaner of a C300 is NOT what I pay for, and falls way short of the contract I signed for a LUXURY model E300. So far, the dealership blames corporate for the wiper blade problem saying it is the fault of the car wash. This is my fifth Mercedes and have been using the same car wash for at least 15 years. Then, blame me for breaking the trunk latch. When approached for compensation was told to take it to corporate, the dealership cannot do anything further. Mercedes advertising states many things about the quality and service of this luxury brand, but this promise does not extend to me as one of their clients. So disappointing. I hope no one else suffers the dangers of being on the shoulder of an inter-state highway during the height of rush hour with the same problem of the trunk not able to stay shut. More

My service manager, Chris Iseman, was expecting me. They did the scheduled work while I waited, as was the plan. I had tea and a scone and enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. The car was ready on time and they even washed and vacuumed it - a treat! I have services my car here for 19!years and highly recommend the service dept. and staff, particularly Chris but all are pleasant and willing to help if needed. More
