There were several times when he did not have answers to my questions, but he took the time to fetch information from the right source rather than beating around the bush or giving me BS like many agents I've come across in different places. I like the fact he was not sporting a big fake smile with fake enthusiasm. (I guess it's just people who try to sell you a car) Overall he seemed genuine and down-to-earth. Give him a raise More
