Service Advisor is great! Service advisor went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. My key battery keeps dying every 5 days even after replacing it with a bran Service advisor went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Our car had been towed after the accident to Rockaway, NJ. After contacting my insurance company and putting them in touch with Benzel Busch, the Benzel Busch team took it from there; towing, estimating the repair, dealing with the insurance company, making the repairs, and making sure it all went well. I was kept in contact all doing the repair process by the reps in the collision department. With the damage in excess of $9000, when we picked up the car it was perfect! Not a scratch was visible. Thank you so much for handling this so well, when obviously, we were distressed! More
