After contacting my insurance company and putting them in touch with Benzel Busch, the Benzel Busch team took it from there; towing, estimating the repair, dealing with the insurance company, making the repairs, and making sure it all went well. I was kept in contact all doing the repair process by the reps in the collision department. With the damage in excess of $9000, when we picked up the car it was perfect! Not a scratch was visible.
