Great service, great dealer I was looking for an E-300. I went to Benzel-Busch and met Michael Ehrlich. Michael was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable about the car. We got the number and there was no pressure to buy now. A major difference from other competitor dealerships I went too. The Finance Manager Stacey Fowler was also great. We were in and out quickly and took the car home same day. You can buy a car from any dealership. For me it's all about the relationship with my sales associate and Michael was top notch all the way. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes, I highly recommend Michael. More

Overall good experience My only criticism is that I placed my order in June, and I didn’t get the car until close to November. The wait was far longer than I expected. It would be good if the order could be completed sooner, such as August or September. But I love the car. It’s everything I wanted in a car and more. I love the Mercedes logo image cast on the floor by the side mirror when you open the door. It adds a nice touch to an already elegant car! More

While I relocated to Cape Cod, MA, two years ago, when I had issues with my car I came back to Benzel Busch, to my long time professional Service Advisor and then Service Manager, Mr Sole.
