Excellent dealership! This was my first-time experience with Benzel-Busch. From making the appointment to pulling my freshly washed car out of their lot I was thrilled. Chris was my contact and he is very pleasant and professional. Explained everything in detail to me and never once tried to push me into addition service other than what was needed. Now that's rare for a dealership! Walking to the "concierge desk" upon arrival I was asked to go their waiting room and pick up breakfast and any type of coffee or tea I would like while I watched a 60+ inch television. Chris appeared minutes later (they honor appointment times too) and escorted me to his desk. He was clear, precise in his explanations. I was given a beautiful, new (3,000 miles) loaner car. When I came back to pick up my car a day later, I again, had a complimentary mini breakfast and cappuccino waiting for Chris. Again, I was given a detailed report on my car, signed a few papers and was taken to my car. All I can say is WOW. Car cleaned the best I have ever had it done. All the service work was done to perfection. I will absolutely go back to Benzel-Busch Motor Car for all my needs. Lynn Harland More
