Service Plus I have worked with BB and their excellent service team for 25 years. Where they absolutely shine, in my opinion, is when an emergency comes up. We got I have worked with BB and their excellent service team for 25 years. Where they absolutely shine, in my opinion, is when an emergency comes up. We got a nail in one of our tires. To make matters worse it is the car we transport our grandchildren in. I brought the car in, without an appointment, and was completely taken care of. John Powell, one of many excellent service advisors, had me in and out (with a loaner) within 10-15 minutes. The work was completed within one-half of a day. More

Great Service I called the day before and was surprised that I could bring my Mercedes in the next day. I was also told my wait could be up to two hours. When I arr I called the day before and was surprised that I could bring my Mercedes in the next day. I was also told my wait could be up to two hours. When I arrived, it took minutes for a polite and respectful service advisor to discuss, what services my car needed. After an hour, the same service provider told me my car was ready and it would be a few minutes before my car would be ready and clean, it was very clean, they even cleaned my mats. Over the phone, they gave me the option of waiting or receiving a loaner car. I'm glad I waited, it would have taken longer to go home and return than it took to service my Mercedes. Best service I have ever received from a dealer. More
