Went there with a bubble in my tire, I gave them my car on Friday morning and Chris said he was going to call me Friday night, never got a call and I had to reach out to him to hear an answer. He then said to me that the tire warranty that I purchased when I got the car wasn’t compatible with their dealership which is a LIE because it’s good for ANY Mercedes dealer! So he said since the warranty company was giving them a hard time, I wasn’t going to get my car until Saturday evening. Saturday comes along I of course reached out to chris again because at this point it’s honestly insane that it took two days for a tire change!!!!! He finally said at 4pm that we can pick it up on our way there he calls me and says it’s going to be 40$ I fought with him telling him that it’s supposed to be 0$ with my warranty package! Long story short DONT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE TS HORRIBLE!!! More

Only condition is I remove my review. Even though nothing was going to reimburse me for my aggravation, I agreed & removed my review from dealerrater.com However, about 3 weeks have passed after him promising to send me a check, NO check was sent out. Anyway, so a place w/ a manager that can’t even keep his word is NOT worth brining my business to. You can keep the extra money you ripped off from your customer and I will never bring you any business ever, period. And I shall promise to spread your deed to everyone I meet along the course of my life, how crappy you treat your customers that bring you business. Below is my review left from a month ago. ————————————————————— Brought in my car for tire problems. I have purchased the tire insurance when I purchased the car, so I brought it in thinking they’d replace it and I go on my way. However, the service advisor Chris Iseman from the beginning, was very unprofessional and treated me like I was below him. However, since I had a complete flat, I didn’t want to bring my car over to a different dealership. (I actually have a friend working as a service advisor at Mercedes of Paramus, in which he would’ve took care of me, without any issues) Anyway, Chris says it will take approx. 90 minutes and I left the car with him. In a couple hours, I get a call saying my car is all done and for me to come pick it up. Even up to this point, I was never told that there would be any additional costs associated with this incident. I go to pick up the car, he gives me an invoice of $112.xx, saying I have to pay this difference since the tire insurance company only pays them up to a certain amount and his cost is much higher. Now, over the past 25 years I’ve started driving Mercedes, BMW & Audi’s w/ tire insurance, I’ve never heard of such a thing. Funny thing is, I even had my last tire claim done at the same dealership with a different service advisor, and I was never charged anything!! When asked to speak to a manager, Chris Iseman said he is the manager for the day. At this point, there was no point in arguing with him any longer. I paid my bill, and walked out. Only then, he actually says, “have a nice day, sir” When I spoke to my friend who is a service advisor at a different dealership, he said this is not right how I was charged extra & that they should’ve explained all the charges prior to working on the car. Also, “they shouldn’t charge u tax either because the insurance company doesn’t pay tax. U paid the tax when u bought the warranty. Well, gues what. Live and learn. F*** that place.” Come January is the time for me to lease a new car & I’ve been getting calls from Benzel Busch to lease my next car from them. I used to live closer to Mercedes of Paramus, but now live much closer to Benzel Busch & was going to lease from them. Well guess what, they ain’t getting my business after this incident. I’ve never felt so belittled when taking my car in for service at any dealership. It’s unprofessional how they don’t tell you the estimate before they actually work on the car & for them to shove the bill to your face when you actually come to pick up the car. And this will spread to anyone and anybody I meet along the course of my life. More
