Always a great new car experience This is my second lease through Lou Gallo. He is a very nice and professional member of the MB sales force. He will be the first person I speak to when my next lease is up. My car had a unexpected issue rendering the car undrivable but I am a very demanding customer and my service provided by Dave Tangen was exceptional. My car had a unexpected issue rendering the car undrivable but Dave got back in touch with me within a very short time and worked me in. I was provided a loaner car immediately and was able to get back to work quickly. Once diagnosing the issue a part needed to be ordered but it came in quickly and I got my car back the next day and all handled under my extended warranty that of course made me even happier. Very friendly guy and takes his job seriously. More
