The service as good and the schedule was on time My service experience at the dealership was good with Harold Reyes, however, 3 follow up calls were unanswered by him and on the 4th, he promised me a My service experience at the dealership was good with Harold Reyes, however, 3 follow up calls were unanswered by him and on the 4th, he promised me a quote to replace the left front light assembly (my 4 tires and an alignment were quoted already) - it has been 2 weeks and he has not called me yet so I guess he is uninterested in completing the entire repair job. In short, great service, non-existent follow up. More
