Notably I blew a tire on a Friday morning, I drove to BB they loaned me a car and a short while later I picked up my car with a new tire, Chris Huling took care of all the details with the insurance claim, it was an easy friction-less visit EXACTLY how it's supposed to be. On Monday of the following week I hit another pothole on the TPK and destroyed another tire,this time however it was mere minutes from the 7:00 pm closing time, loaners were locked up somewhere and everyone was headed for the exits after a long day, nonetheless Chris Iseman and Chris Huling waited for me by the service entrance, escorted me and my shredded tire into the reception area, procured a loaner and sent me on my way....only fifteen minutes late for an important dinner in Ft Lee. Next day I picked up my car with another new tire, Chris Iseman took care of everything perfectly. If you want to know what great customer service is go ask Messers. This time around the Benzel Busch service really impressed me. Following a very quick appointment availability, a brand new loaner car was waiting for me. Had three rather complex issues that a prev impressed me. Following a very quick appointment availability, a brand new loaner car was waiting for me. Had three rather complex issues that a previous dealership couldn’t figure out. Over the course of a week all was done having parts ordered in the process. No back and forth over warranty coverage or “suggested repairs” pressure. Just a notification online for inspection results to approve or decline. Took the time for this review since they were spot on and they deserve praise when they do so. More
