They gave me a defective loaner vehicle, the backup camera didn't even work, when I returned to pick up my vehicle my service advisor did not even talk to me, the girl at the front desk had my paperwor camera didn't even work, when I returned to pick up my vehicle my service advisor did not even talk to me, the girl at the front desk had my paperwork and asked me to sign and then my car did not even seem like it was washed!
