this company sold us an extended warranty for our smart car and promised all repairs related to the engine and electrical would be covered. it is the second time we are servicing the car (we waited weeks f car and promised all repairs related to the engine and electrical would be covered. it is the second time we are servicing the car (we waited weeks for an appointment) and a valve needs replacing which we have to pay for! previously the radio stopped working and we had to pay for it. the warranty is a horrible upsell for no benefit to us after already paying above market price for the car. additionally, we are told our tires need to be rotated as they front are on the back in the estimate they provided (this is how they sold the car to us!). i absolutely do not recommend this company at all. we feel cheated and completely deceived. why would we pay $2000 extra for no help with fault issues with the car?
