Bessemer Benton Nissan has ALWAYS had the Best Salespeople as well as Service Center Employees. Fred is consistently kind and accommodating and, this being the first time I've met Jackson, he pre Salespeople as well as Service Center Employees. Fred is consistently kind and accommodating and, this being the first time I've met Jackson, he presents himself in the same manner. It's difficult to find productive and considerate employees... here you've found two (2) professionals. Be sure to hang on to them. My 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum being a 'new' vehicle, I Pray the leak coming into the car (stained front window-to-door frame on both sides) can be corrected at "No Cost" as this has now been reported prior to the 36,000 mile warranty. I'm just at the 30,000 mile. Please note* No one, that I know of, sanitized the inside of my car. The person putting the oil-change sticker on my window never cleans their hands... as noted by the greasy finger-prints on the outside door handle and the sticker. This happened last time as well, but needs to be mentioned to the Service folks. Thank you for allowing me to make these remarks!! More
