Horrible! Very arrogant, they tried to turn around after agreeing on the price, reduced it $300 and wanted to charge me $700 document fees! The sales manager al Very arrogant, they tried to turn around after agreeing on the price, reduced it $300 and wanted to charge me $700 document fees! The sales manager almost yelled at my wife when she told him so. They will try to play smart to squeeze the money out of you. Asked for some minor stuff to be done (cleaning some dirt on the ceiling from inside and replace a broken plastic tag frame) the sales manager seemed to bored and hesitant to do them. Why sell used vehicles as long as you treat used vehicles buyers like this? It wasn't cheap and wasn't old vehicle though! More
Awesome Dealership!!! I shopped all over central Alabama and got the best deal by far at Moore Nissan. I had a price in mind and other dealerships said, "No way-We just can I shopped all over central Alabama and got the best deal by far at Moore Nissan. I had a price in mind and other dealerships said, "No way-We just can't do that". 15 minutes after contacting the internet sales manager at Moore Nissan, I was setting up an appointment to come pick up my vehicle. My delivery appointment went smooth as silk - no surprises. The sales staff was courteous and professional. My delivery including financing and a detailed explanation of all my vehicles features took just over an hour. Quickest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Moore Nissan is doing it right and definitely worth the drive from Montgomery. -L Mercer, 2015 Rogue SL More
I bought my 2012 nissan sentra sr at Moore nissan on the 15 or 16th of December 2012. I live out of state due to my military contract but thought it would be a great idea to buy closer to home. Boy was I wr 15 or 16th of December 2012. I live out of state due to my military contract but thought it would be a great idea to buy closer to home. Boy was I wrong it has been over a month and I still cannot legally drive my car because they just filed for title in alabama and they did not pay the state taxes on it when it specifically says they were to pay them in the contract. They gave me a "we owe" slip saying they were going to pay the taxes on the vehicle and after calling 5 different times and even going there for this reason and to obtain missing parts from my vehicle I was constantly lied to by some lady named Laura . I actually had to get my father involved and for him to go down there "I went back to Virginia" and he Took the "we owe" slip with him and they snatched it out of his hands and him being a army officer snatched it back. Point blank is they are liers and thieves. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I'm still finding parts off of my so called brand new vehicle that are missing. They actually made up fraudulent paper work saying they payed the taxes on the car and I'm getting a lawyer to take care of the rest. They messed up by giving the we owe slips and not knowing that I've made copies of their paper work on this car. They have a long record of lying and stealing. Don't believe me check the reviews. It's also strange that a majority of their good reviews look the same. More
I would not recommend this car lot to anyone the customer service is very very poor. After the sale they start showing how much they just wanted your money and that's it not wanting to fix promblems and I wa service is very very poor. After the sale they start showing how much they just wanted your money and that's it not wanting to fix promblems and I was not the only person complaining. They lie about the service that was supposed to have been performed and take too long doing it. We bought a 2011 Camry on Labor Day weekend and its December and the car ie yet to be fix we came out of our own pockets to get it diagnosed but they fail to reimburse us even though something is wrong with. Please, Please people don't waste your time or money on a car lot full of people who don't care after the sale. Thank you unhappy customer but too late sale complete. More

After 5 hrs at th PLEASE BEWARE!!!! They LIE, CHEAT &STEAL!!!! My husband and I attempted to purchase a used car from Moore Nissan in Oct. 2011.. After 5 hrs at the dealership (we went there for a certain car. I had found online) we paid down $1000 and signed papers and brought the car home. After we had possession of the car for 5 days the financial agent Called and said they needed us to re-sign a paper because they misplaced the original one. If we would Drive the 62 miles (one way) they would buy our gas and detail the car free of charge (I had an issue with the cleanliness of the car before we signed any paperwork). It took us $35 for gas to go there and back not to mention the late night out on a work day and the cost of supper for our family of 4. They gave us $20 for gas and told us that due to some unseen issue the financing wasn't going through on our car and they were Looking for us a different car. When they found something in a few days they would call and we could come swap cars. *they lied-we drove the 120 + miles for them to tell us that. They did NOT detail the car nor did they Actually cover our gas. On day 10 of having the car, The financial agent called again and asked if the car was home with me so the Salesman could drop off our new car and swap it for this one. I asked when he would be here so I could get out Our belongings and vacuum it out. He said don't bother cleaning it we have to detail it when we get it back. He continued to say the salesman would be headed this way sometime after lunch to swap cars. 45 min later the salesman showed up, climbed in the car and drove away remember it is 62 rural miles to dealership. *this was a pile of lies-- no swap, no down payment refund and no "after lunch pickup", he was well on his way When the Fin. Agent called. The next day my husband called the dealership and both men we had dealt with were busy so he left a message No return call! The next day he called again each of them 2 or 3 times and left messages. Still no return call.! The third day he called he gave a different name and in just a moment the fin. Agent was on the ph. All friendly And such until my husband asked him where is $1000 down payment was and told him his "real" name. His voice Changed and he began to tell more lies but assured the husband he would get a Check in the mail "today". A week Later we got our $1000 down payment check BUT it was ONLY $345. It was enclosed with an invoice of "expenses" They "had to" deduct from our money. $225- detail and clean up fee $150- repo/pickup fee ($50 of this was stated for GAS) $45- paperwork fee (for breaking contract with them) $235- mileage (I forgot how much per mile it was) I contacted an attorney friend of ours. He contacted them and again more lies, but he ended up getting back all of our $1000 except $45 (which we actually did owe them for mileage-not the $235 the charged us) Again to re cap in a short story they LIE, CHEAT and STEAL from honest hard working folks, and you need an attorney To deal with them!!! I honestly do NOT think this was the first time this was done there nor will it be the last.!!. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! More
BUYERS BEWARE, if you buy a used car from Moore Nissan, in Bessemer, bring a lawyer. I bought a used car from Moore Nissan and was promised, in writing, faulty items would be replaced IF I bought the car ( in Bessemer, bring a lawyer. I bought a used car from Moore Nissan and was promised, in writing, faulty items would be replaced IF I bought the car (replace the battery because it was dead and replace the headlights because they leaked rain). They replaced the battery an old, weak battery which died a week later. They refused to replace. FIRST TIME I brought car in, instead of replacing headlights, they slopped gobs of red putty and then clear silicone on headlights. The used car manager said, "If this doesn't fix the problem then we'll see about replacing the lights". It didn't fix problem and the manager ignored my calls after that. SECOND: The car had custom covers on the engine when I purchased it. Before delivering to service department, covers were on engine. When I picked up car, covers were GONE. Suspiciously, Moore refused to talk to me about this matter as well.... While we were in the neighborhood, my girlfriend and I attempted to have a civil conversation with used car manager. He was very rude, beligerant, dismissive and, while I was out of the room, cursed my girfriend, like a misogynistic coward, instead of facing me. The owner of Moore and the manager refused to apology for this aggressive behavior. It's bad enough dealer promised what it couldn't deliver; the engine covers disappeared while at Moore Nissan; but to stoop to bullying a woman because she dared ask a few questions, that's low indeed. Could have given AS IS warranty. Didn't. Could have worked with me on problem. Didn't. Personal property stolen from me. Nissan USA says, "We have no control over what a dealer says or does". Heard more complaints about dealer from others. Wish I'd have known. Wouldn't trust Moore Nissan or Nissan USA to sit the right way on a toilet seat. More
