The car they gave me to use was brand new. They never asked me to bring it back. When I picked up my car they had cleaned it changed the oil and rotated the tires. It was amazing! More

Great Car Terrible Customer Service Let me start by saying I love the car, I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima. Our salesman was pretty good and the overall staff that we worked with was nice or as nice as any salesman should be. Sounds like what could be wrong then right, well where do I begin! So as we are speaking with our salesperson we are being told about all the things that come on the car for shine and protection of paint, windshield, etc, we are told these things are included, great right, WRONG...they are included for the price of $1800+. Now don't get me wrong rules are rules and prices are prices, that I can respect, what I can't respect is not being told about the extra cost of these things until paperwork is signed and it's included in the amount for the car. Let me on the front end is all I ask. So 2 days after leaving the lot with the car my service warning came on, so of course I wanted to keep that in line so I made an appointment to have my oil changed. Arrived there and was told that the car was serviced in Bessemer (which I wen to Oxford) already but had not been reset. That's not all, so I take off work to go an get a tag for the car, took 2.5 hours off because I live an hour away from my job and needed to get my tag where I lived and also wanted to avoid lines. Arrived at the DMV and gave the young lady the package I was given at the dealership and she could not find my Bill of Sale. I called the dealership to see if there was some mistake and was told that we do not get the Bill of Sale until after the loan is finalized, was told that I should have been told that before I left the dealership when I was signing paperwork which this information was never told to us. The reason for purchasing a car is because the week before I was in my very first car accident hit by another car and an 18 wheeler so the last thing I needed was a bad experience purchasing a car which is exactly what I received. Again the price of the car before the additional untold $3200 was added was great, the car I love, but this experience was awful, bad enough to make me cry and that's really hard to do. I am a person that gives the benefit of the doubt so maybe it was an off day for several people at Benton Nissan in Bessemer that day and I can't say others will have the same experience but this was mine. More

The man I spoke with was beyond rude. The telephone operator is clueless! She doesn't know the difference between a manager and a salesperson. She also suggested I call the Hoover location even though I purchased a truck from Bessemer back in March. The manager says the operator is new, so how about training her before she makes your company seem to be stupid and unable to handle their own issues?!?! I took the advice of the clueless lady and called Hoover. Even though they have nothing to do with my issue, they scheduled an appointment to fix it. They were nice! So Hoover is definitely the place to go. Bessemer isn't worth your time or money. More

Servic department is Horrible! They fix parts that don't need repair. When you confront them with fact that the car is still not repaired they want you to leave their establishment They fix parts that don't need repair. I have owned a Nissan for over 40 years I will never go there again for repairs. Service manager and sales manager I dealt with. It is a wonder they have any customers. More
