To be completely honest I brought my car here to get the door panel fixed and the tire replaced and or patched. This was the third time the door was supposed to be fixed and the second time that I had to dr door panel fixed and the tire replaced and or patched. This was the third time the door was supposed to be fixed and the second time that I had to drive over 2 1/2 hours to the Nissan dealership to get my car fixed. I was told it was going to be very quick because my father was in the hospital, but I ended up not hearing back from the dealership for roughly 4 hours and then I had to call them to get any information about my car. I was then told that the door panel was not fixed because the mechanic did not show up but then found out the mechanic did show up but the service department did not to get in contact with the mechanic for him to come get the car and to fix it . So they had to get the mechanic to come back to the dealership to fix my door panel and then I can come and pick it up. Every time I have went to Benton Nissan in Bessmer, it has been a headache and I am unsure if I’ll ever go back to get my car serviced. More
