GREAT experience! I recently purchased a new car at Benton Nissan from Rick Jackson. WHAT an experience! Rick did not pressure me, answered all my questions, trusted me I recently purchased a new car at Benton Nissan from Rick Jackson. WHAT an experience! Rick did not pressure me, answered all my questions, trusted me to drive the car, and made me feel like I was his only customer! I felt very pampered and like I was at a spa, not a car dealership. The whole process was so simple, I drove in with my old car and left with a brand new Nissan and a huge smile on my face! I told Rick my price range and unlike other dealership salesman, Rick brought me to cars I could afford. When I wanted a two year car- he showed me a brand new one that with all the factory rebates was cheaper than the used car! TOO EASY! Rick Jackson knows his cars- come on down and talk to him! Mr. Bruce Burton was my sales rep. and his kind heartedness helped warm up up to buying my first car.. He was very friendly orientated.. And as we test drove my car we talked about our family our children and the schools in which they went to.. He also explained alot of vehicles aspects to me in a language i would understand and when we got back he got me into the car i wanted with a price i wanted.. A 2012 Nissan Quest SV, with a specific VIN, was advertised in the Anniston Star newspaper for $23,998 on multiple dates. Vehicle was on lot, but dealership refused to sell at advertised price. Instead they offered threee other options, including a used vehicle at that price. More
Beth and Gloria both were very polite and helpful with the purchase of our Nissan. Gloria was prompt in setting up an appointment. Went to look at a used car. Was told financing was guaranteed. That's why I went. I have no credit history and was looking to establish credit. I went to look at a specific vehicle. I told the sales p guaranteed. That's why I went. I have no credit history and was looking to establish credit. I went to look at a specific vehicle. I told the sales person this when I arrived. Instead if showing me what I wanted to see, he tried to put me in a specific vehicle that was twice as expensive as the one I went there to inquire about. Then he tried to get me to commit to a monthly payment that was twice as much as he had quoted when he first showed me the car. I refused. Then he tried to show me a second car, and did the same thing. Then I'm told I need a cosigner. What happened with the guaranteed financing. No approval without a cosigner. False advertisement. I had a downpayment though. Still wanted a cosigner. I told him I wanted to buy a less expensive car than he was trying to sell me. One that was half the price if the one he tried to sell me. One I knew would be easier to finance, given my lack of credit history. I asked him several times to show me what I went there to see. He then told me that financing that particular vehicle would be difficult because of the mileage on the mileage vehicle. And he again tried to sell me something over twice as much as I wanted to spend. At this point, I told him I had had enough and I didn't have all day for him to try to sell me something I knew I couldn't afford- or be approved for a loan for I tried to leave, at which point he finally decided he would show me the vehicle I went there to see about purchasing to begin with.. At that point it was too late. His greed cost him a sale, and a customer, that even though hasn't financed much, therefore has no established credit does in fact have a long history of paying all her bills on time. More
