I was on the way to a nearby dealership to look for a daily commuter car and decided to stop by Benton Nissan to see what they had to offer in my price range. I was looking at small compact cars and was daily commuter car and decided to stop by Benton Nissan to see what they had to offer in my price range. I was looking at small compact cars and was pleasantly surprised to find an affordable car with more features around the same price. I assumed it would put me over budget because of all the quotes I had received from various dealers, some of which were adding "market adjustments" that were equivalent to a fourth of the car's cost! I planned on being in and out and wasn't overly optimistic that I could afford the car since it had a bit higher MSRP than the less expensive cars I had inquired about elsewhere. The salesman (Quez) talked with me and the sales manager a few times and I was able to get more than a fair deal, especially in this current market. I definitely got more bang for my buck and have a nicer car and better trim level for only a bit more than I had planned to spend on much less car. Everyone we worked with directly was friendly. I have to mention that I recently bought an expensive performance car that cost 3 times what I spent on the Nissan daily driver and can honestly say, the experience at Benton was far superior to the dealership I dealt with on my performance car. My impression was that they are genuine and treat everyone well, regardless of budget and I hope that is the case as I plan to service the car there going forward. I'm so glad I decided to stop!! Service department has always been great. Took my car in for service on February 8, 2022. I was assigned to someone that took very good care of me and my car. I've been dealing with Benton Nissan for years and they have always been a top notch dealership. I've had the same salesperson for the entire time and he has always been professional and honest. Had a with warranty and gap refund. Waited approximately six week and still no refund. Emailed Mr. Benton after making two call to a lady named Jayla. Called the warranty provider and was told the check went out on the 20th of December. Left a voicemail to Mr. Benton which I have not received a reply. I shopped at a couple of other dealerships before coming back to Benton where I bought my previous vehicle. Benton, hands down, has better customer service. They actually make you feel like they want to sel back to Benton where I bought my previous vehicle. Benton, hands down, has better customer service. They actually make you feel like they want to sell you a car, not like they couldn't care either way, which is the feeling I got from the other dealerships. Josh and Craig were wonderful to work with. As long as Nissan keeps making vehicles I want, I will keep coming back to Benton to buy them. More
