Said all the right things at first but hasn't come through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on where the missing floor mat is, the cargo carrier. Car was supposed to be delivered detailed with a full tank of gas, it was washed with a 1/2 tank.
