The staff on the sales floor is extremely attentive to the customers and answer you question in great detail. They are current on the inventory available and seem to be up to date on the working of the mo the customers and answer you question in great detail. Bentley Jacksonville consistently honors the Bentley CPO warranty with a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the service, which makes the service experience much less inconvenient. Typical experience at a dealership. Salesman over promised and under delivered. It's astounding really. The salesman was friendly just not very knowledgeable. Immediately on arrival I was told they could take a personal check up to 50K. Wound up not taking a check book because I was told they could not take one. So I planned on doing a wire for it. Wound up doing a debit card purchase which was fine. Just the fact he does not know the policy was amazing to me. The rest of the staff was friendly. Really everyone there was nice. The came out and introduced their self and asked if we wanted anything or needed anything. I had texted back and forth with the salesman the night before and originally had planned on driving up in the morning. After thinking about it, I decided come first thing and asked what time they opened and I followed up with a phone call. Last time I talked to him I told him I'd be there when they opened at 9:00 to finalize the deal. Vehicle was filthy inside and it was finally ready at about 1:00 o'clock. He said the day before that had everything had been done but final detail. It was very obvious the car had not been touched in the 10 days or so they had it at the dealership. I almost just walked away, even after driving 4 hours to pick it up. Buying a car from a Bentley dealer?, Frankly the experience is no different than any other dealer. I've bought Lexus's Infiniti's, Acura's Honda's, Toyota's and many others. Frankly, Infiniti was far and away my best experience. I bought about 5 of them over the years and the dealership was why. There were no unexpected xx fees and charges. Just the price, tax, tag and title. This dealer likes to tack on lots of fees and extra's and says they are mandatory. Finally I gave them my bottom line. Here is what I'll pay, not paying any of the fees etc. They came down to the price we agreed on but still left all of the fees in place. It didn't matter to me, I was getting the price I wanted. More
