What a miserable and untrustworthy experience I had with this dealership. The following facts occurred, I was working with a salesman (Kyle) on a car at their location. He was very helpful and I was going t this dealership. The following facts occurred, I was working with a salesman (Kyle) on a car at their location. He was very helpful and I was going to pay cash and have it shipped to me in South Florida. We agreed on price and I called to give them my information and credit card as a deposit. During our call, I had an emergency work call come in and said that I would call right back. Within 20 minutes, I am told that someone else showed up (out of the blue) and even though we had a deal and the dealership had my credit card for a deposit they were selling the car to someone else who was financing it. I understand they make money off of financing ( and that buyer may have paid slightly more) but this is no way to do business when business terms are agreed to. I actually was going to buy a second car and much more expensive car they had immediately after this one. Not a chance in xxxx now and the manager named Jason Leca, in my opinion has no ethics, if this is how he is willing to do business. I would run from this dealership or the Alpha Maserati location and buy a new or used car from someplace else. I would not have expected this type of tactic from even a small dealership off the side of the road but this is exactly what happened and it was just purely shady. I hope you take heed in my experience and spend your money with a more honest business enterprise. More

We were pleasantly surprised when we came in to purchase a lower end vehicle from them and were treated as if we were there to purchase a top end vehicle.
