Said all the right things at first but hasn't come through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on wh through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on where the missing floor mat is, the cargo carrier. Car was supposed to be delivered detailed with a full tank of gas, it was washed with a 1/2 tank. Joseph in Finance was great, very helpful and got everything done about as quickly as you can with cars. More

Overall it was a good experience the two thing I was not happy about was the sun visor keep coming down during the test drive and was not fixed by the dealership as I asked. Secondly when I picked up the car I was presented with only one key, and I should have been informed about it earlier not at the time I picked up the car and I feel the dealership should have made that right. It is not about profit it's about customer satisfaction. I plan to purchase more cars in the future and am looking forward to you adding Aston Martin to your dealership. More
