Unethical. I bought a used Bentley which had new batteries installed prior to sale as part of 10 year service. Said all the right things at first but hasn't come through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on wh through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on where the missing floor mat is, the cargo carrier. Car was supposed to be delivered detailed with a full tank of gas, it was washed with a 1/2 tank. Joseph in Finance was great, very helpful and got everything done about as quickly as you can with cars. More
