And the Finance Manager was equally professional and helpful. We would liked to have known about the extra warranty either ahead of time or have been given more time to make a decision. This is the only negative in the whole process which is very commendable. The dealership environment was open, friendly, helpful and just had an air of professionalism. Unlike some dealers, this one was not the least bit threatening. More
