Big mistake buying my Bentayga here Bought a brand new 2017 Bentayga from here. I did the deal completely over the phone as I’m from Utah. My sales guy was Roland. I received the car wit Bought a brand new 2017 Bentayga from here. I did the deal completely over the phone as I’m from Utah. My sales guy was Roland. I received the car with a oil change and service due from the first start up. Roland claimed it just needed to be cleared. This is a lie. I called about 5 times to Roland regarding questions and issues with the car within a week of delivery. Roland knew nothing about the car and couldn’t walk me through anything I asked about operating the car. Additionally I’ve had several issues with the car and Roland will state he will check with his service guys and call me right back. To date I’ve never been called back one out of the 5 times I’ve called about different issues. This place is clearly a disaster and I made a huge mistake giving them my business. More

Bentley Service at it's Finest I was traveling from Nevada to Chicago, just as I crossed the Illinois border at 11 pm at night my engine light came on my 2017 Bentley and I had no a I was traveling from Nevada to Chicago, just as I crossed the Illinois border at 11 pm at night my engine light came on my 2017 Bentley and I had no acceleration. I called Bentley Roadside they said they will only be able to pick up the Bentley and hold it until the next day. I explained to them I need a loaner vehicle tonight to get to my meeting in time the following morning. Bentley Roadside put in contact with the Service Manager Tom from Bentley Gold Coast. I explained to him my situation and he sent a flatbed that night with a loaner vehicle for me to drive. They picked up my Bentley and I was able to make to my meeting in the morning. I picked up my Bentley the following day and able to complete my travels on time. That is what I call Bentley Service at it's finest. More
