Had a flat tire and unexplained noise. My flat tire was changed by AAA, but a noise and unexplained roughness occurred. Turned out, my spare tire was "out of round". Bentley replaced the flat tire and discovered the noise WAS caused by the spare tire. They also did a required oil change, tire rotation, wash and whatever else was needed at the time. I had my car back in 2 days! No more noises. Thank you. More

The salesman and his manager said that the truck needed to have it's inspection and some front tires put on and that we could pick the truck up in a couple of days. They also agreed to have their guys work on some dents on the driver door at a later time. We were given a brand new 2019 Sierra as a loner. 1. They call my husband the next day and say that they forgot to have him sign some papers. 2. I go to pick up the truck Wednesday, I had to wait 30 mins for someone to figure out if the work was done, even though I had been called to say the truck was ready Tuesday evening. 3. I finally get the keys, the truck had not been detailed and it was on a quarter tank. Both of which, I was told would be handled. The back of the driver seat was down as well. I called Clay the sales manager over to point the seat out. They promised to have it repaired when we brought it back for the dents. Saturday I leave from work at 10pm and the truck would not start. It sounded like the battery! No lights were left on or anything. I was able to get a jump and have the battery switched out in the dark. Sunday, the truck begins to make a grinding and scratching noise in the steering wheel on the driver side. Monday we called and left a message, Tuesday I have called and left a message. No response. Scott was very helpful in getting the right service technician to work on my truck and when the service tech was completed with the repair he explained what he had done to repair the system and the further steps he took to ensure that A/C high pressure line doesn't rupture again. Excessive Charge at Lease End After returning my 2016 GMC Terrain to the dealership at lease end, I find out they are charging me $452 to supposedly get the vehicle ready for aucti After returning my 2016 GMC Terrain to the dealership at lease end, I find out they are charging me $452 to supposedly get the vehicle ready for auction. This car was under the 42,000 miles as stated in the lease agreement and was in almost pristine condition. I asked numerous times if there would be any more charges or fees and was told no, because there was no extra mileage and no abnormal wear and tear. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and, obviously, it will be my last. It will also be my last time dealing with Bentley Auto Group. More
