Their exceptional personnel, including Greg Sexton, Ricky Crooks and J.D. Patterson. This purchase is the 5th vehicle we have bought from this dealership. Each and every purchase has been handled with the utmost of professionalism and frankly, given this last car, we would have gone elsewhere were it not for our previous experiences. We patiently waited for the release of the XT5 and scheduled a visit for the debut at the dealership on the day of the release. We purchased one of the first vehicles and in fact, bought the floor model before it was uncovered. We love the car, but shortly after delivery it had a air conditioning problem that was simply thought to be a low freon problem. Over the next 11 months, the car had at least two more air problems as well as several recalls. On our last visit, specifically for an air conditioning problem, it was determined that there had been a slow leak in the system that virtually required disembowelment of the entire dash. A fix that would require long term repair at the dealership. To the rescue, comes Ricky Crooks, who provides a loaner car, another XT5 but an upgraded model, Platinum edition. At this point, my Wife had lost all confidence in her Premium edition XT5 and had decided to pursue looking at Lexus for a comparable vehicle. Because of Ricky's fast thinking, the added features and operational reliability, she was open to an upgrade rather than an abandonment of Cadillac entirely. Ricky went to work to find her a car that met all of her requirements, and placed her in a Platinum XT5. The only dilemma here, is that perhaps, her original Premium XT5 should have been replaced at purchase price and that applied to the cost of the Platinum XT5. Clearly, the vehicle had mileage on it, but, the problem was a latent one, which became a nuisance and degraded her confidence in the vehicle on the long road trips she makes to see our Grand Children. Our belief is that the new XT5 will not have issues and will keep her excited to be a Cadillac owner. More
