Repair defective steering on GMC HD 2500 I scheduled an appointment through the web site which was very easy. I arrived at the service center and the lady that was suppose to take care of me I scheduled an appointment through the web site which was very easy. I arrived at the service center and the lady that was suppose to take care of me was off. The Scott that did help me was very nice and immediately got my ticket and called the service manager about my steering issue. The service manager said there was a TECH NOTE on the steering issue and he told Scott to order parts. I then left with my truck and the Scott handling my service call me within 10 min and stated the parts were order and would be in on Monday. This was Friday. I told him I needed my truck prior tot he next weekend and we scheduled my appointment. I dropped the truck off and they repaired and checked my alignment within a couple of hours. I picked up the truck later that afternoon. My truck is now back to normal the service was exceptional and I will definitely return for my next service. Thanks for the professionalism and meeting my expectations with the repair. More

The cost was below what I expected and they never have taken advantage of me by recommending repairs that were not necessary. The communication from the team was excellent through the process. My new car. When I decided to purchase a car, I was not sure what model car I wanted to purchase. After test driving different model cars for a whole month I decided on the Buick Endcore. I went on line to see what the best price listed on-line to purchase the Buick Encore. I contacted the local Buick Dealer and spoke to Kelley Barber and asked if they would honor the price listed on-line. She said Yes. I made an appointment to meet with Kelley that day. This dealership did not have the color car I wanted. Kelley looked and found the color I wanted and nogociate the transfer of that car to the Drake dealership. Two days later the car was ready for pick up. Kelley made sure I got everything I wanted , she took the time to show me the ins and outs of the various electronic function in the car and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the various people at Bently I interfaced with..
