I was surprised to see the salesman greet me in the service department (Bradley Wilhite) at 7 AM in the morning. I am sure his shift doesn't start until later in the day. He introduced me to the department manager and I left my truck. I had a leveling kit installed which was installed without issue. My dealings with the department were brief and simple.
