Not sure why it's called luxury service. Other than the luxury bill the service doesn't even come close to a regular service center. I went in for a break and oil service for my 2018 Alfa Romeo stelvio for the first time just to see what the luxury service was about. When you get there there is no sense of direction for where the service office is. After you find your self they get the keys and point you to the waiting area where there is prettymuch a coffee machine (far better choices in a midas or jeffylube). At least in Jeffy lube they give a estimate and let's what they will be working on before they start any work. An hour or so later the service guy comes over don't know his name or anyone else over there as it was deemed necessary for the luxury service they are providing. And who he offered the guy before me a loner car because his car wash was getting delayed for an hour. Then another half an hour later he comes to me and qoutes me the break service for $3000 which doesn't include the work they did today ($500). At first I said ok and asked him how long will it take he said it might take out 3 to 4 hrs t because I have to be work by in couple of overs. Then he went back and said he found another tech and they will be able to get the work done in 3 hrs . I was hoping he would offer me a loaner or apologies for the wait as I have been there for 2 hrs already. But since there was nothing else being offered told to cancel the break service and I will pay for what is done. He said it's fine and he will be back soon with the bill. 45 minutes later I had to go find him in his office as I was getting close to 3 hrs there waiting for a oil service which cost me 500$ . Is this what luxury service is? More

Stolen from Service Invoice! Bentley Boston hauls up our Bentley FS to Wayland for services. Meanwhile, our 14 year old son is fatally killed in a UTV accident that had been Bentley Boston hauls up our Bentley FS to Wayland for services. Meanwhile, our 14 year old son is fatally killed in a UTV accident that had been dropped off by a neighbor. We spend the next series of months in greif counseling, visiting with organ donor recipients & managing our remaining children. We contact service...speak with service manager Jose G. & he states "don't worry we can just store it here for you until things wind down". Call to arrange pick up from service and am told Jose G. no longer works here & your Bentley was placed on a mechanics lean with storage charges and auctioned off at 1/4 of its value!!! No notice, no call, no email...Gone! Best yet...all of your personal belongings including vanity plates, grille badge, Dunhill umbrella, etc are gone too! Never would recommend for service - as if losing a child was not enough. More
My experience with Bentley Boston Service Dept. has been exceptional. From the Service Manager to the Technicians they have been courteous, patient (I am a first-time high end car owner - '99 Bentley Azure exceptional. From the Service Manager to the Technicians they have been courteous, patient (I am a first-time high end car owner - '99 Bentley Azure) and show a willingness to work with me on all issues that arise with my car. Gator has shown a sincere honesty in working with me. He even tells me what I might expect for possible future service issues along with the attendant costs. Since I am retired and don't have "deep pockets" the cost of repairs is a major issue. Being able to plan for future costs is a necessity. I highly recommend Bentley Boston for service of high-end autos. More
