I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Swisher in the service department at Bentley of Boston, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I was looking to purchase a Lamborghini Aventador from Virgi in the service department at Bentley of Boston, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I was looking to purchase a Lamborghini Aventador from Virginia and sent the car to their dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. From start to finish, Joe provided excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his honesty and trustworthiness—two qualities that are crucial when dealing with high-end vehicles. I felt confident that Joe had my best interests at heart and that I was getting an accurate and thorough assessment of the car. The service was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I were treated very badly someone put cooler in my oil tank. The Bentley dealership told the BBB that they would reimburse me,because I had to rent a car with enterprise using my credit card and I had to tank. The Bentley dealership told the BBB that they would reimburse me,because I had to rent a car with enterprise using my credit card and I had to macks out my card and I have not yet been reimbursed for spending all the credit I had on my credit card. Ray did a great job with my Bentley convertible. It had a problem with the top not functioning and he fixed it with minimal cost by rebuilding the sensor.
