Rude used sales manager First I want to say that the only good thing about our experience was Alexus. She is a great sales person and it is too bad she is stuck with a pompous arrogant boss who made her lose her commission from the car we intended to buy. We will NEVER go back to this dealership. We have been there twice to buy a car. The first time we fully intended to purchase a Hyundai Elantra. We saw a bunch of nicks and scratches on it and the salesman promised to call us if they were willing to fix them for us. He never called. We were naive enough to go back and try another vehicle. We agreed to buy another Elantra. The used car manager got annoyed when we said no to the certification. He didn't understand why we didn't want to spend another $750 on top of a 13,800 car. Today we went to pick up the car and after spending a half hour signing all the paperwork, we were given 1 key and 1 key fob. We asked for the other key and key fob and were told they didn't get them from the owner. We said we needed them to seal the deal. The manager absolutely refused to include another key and fob. He rudely told us that since we got a better price off of auto trader, didn't pay for the certification (ie he "lost money") and didn't finance through them (our bank gave us a better rate); we would get nothing. We said we were leaving and he was losing nearly $14,000 and he said ok. That's it, just ok. I dont remember the guys name, but he is the used car manager. I would advise no one to ever buy a used car from this company because they couldn't care less about you. We went to car max and were treated great More
